Each IPTV reseller credit activates one subscriber line on your panel. The number of credits you receive depends on the package you purchase. All plans include access to the same server infrastructure, channel lineup, electronic programme guide (EPG), and on demand content library. The differences between plans relate only to credit quantities and per credit pricing.

Account and Panel Access

When you purchase a credits package, you will receive login credentials for your reseller dashboard. You are solely responsible for keeping these credentials secure. We will never ask you for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

If you believe your panel login has been compromised, contact us immediately through the methods listed on our contact page. We are not responsible for any losses or disruption caused by unauthorized access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to protect your login details.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your reseller dashboard access to a third party without written permission from us. Each reseller panel is issued to one individual or business entity only.

Payments and Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Pricing for our IPTV reseller credits packages is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed and paid for.

Payment must be received in full before we activate your reseller panel or add credits to your dashboard. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all IPTV reseller credit packages. If you are not satisfied with the panel quality or server performance within the first 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refund requests made after the 30 day period will not be processed. Credits that have already been used to activate subscriber lines are not eligible for a refund.

Acceptable Use

Service Availability and Uptime

Occasional downtime may occur due to server maintenance, software updates, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
