If you are not satisfied with the quality of the IPTV panel, the streaming performance, or the server stability within the first 30 calendar days of your purchase, you are entitled to request a full refund.

The 30 day period begins on the date your payment is confirmed and your reseller panel is activated. The date of activation is recorded in our system and will be referenced when processing any refund request.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under our 30 day guarantee, the following conditions must be met.

Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your panel activation date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible.

You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction. Acceptable reasons include persistent server downtime or instability that we have been unable to resolve, consistent buffering or streaming quality issues across multiple channels, panel dashboard functionality problems that prevent you from managing subscriber lines, and significant discrepancies between the service described on our website and the service actually delivered.

We may ask you to provide evidence of the issue you are experiencing, such as screenshots, error messages, or a description of the steps you have taken. This helps us verify the claim and also gives us an opportunity to resolve the problem before processing a refund.

When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances.

Credits that have already been used to activate subscriber lines are not eligible for a refund. If you purchased 50 credits and used 30 of them to create subscriber accounts, you cannot receive a refund for those 30 used credits. A partial refund for unused credits may be considered at our discretion.

Refund requests submitted after the 30 day guarantee period has expired will not be processed regardless of the reason.

If your panel access was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms of service at gbreseller.co.uk/terms-of-service, you are not entitled to a refund.

Issues caused by your own equipment, internet connection, VPN configuration, or third party software that are not related to our servers or panel infrastructure do not qualify for a refund. Our support team will work with you to troubleshoot these issues before any refund decision is made.

Change of mind alone, without any service quality issue, is not grounds for a refund once credits have been delivered and the panel has been activated.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the same bank account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account. Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed at the GBP equivalent value of the original transaction.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds
